Xilxo Graphics

Xilxo grants to our Dealers and Endorsers the right and license use of the Xilxo Intellectual Property that includes Xilxo logo and graphics in connection with the marketing, promotion, distribution and sales of products. Xilxo Intellectual Property shall not assigned, sublicensed, made available or otherwise transfered without the express written consent of Xilxo. Any use of the Xilxo Intellectual Property shall meet the standards and specifications set by Xilxo. Xilxo shall have the right to audit and review all materials which bear the Intellectual Property for purposes of exercising quality control.
