WARRANTY


Our warranty covers material and craftsmanship for all Xilxo Cymbals and provides for a free replacement of detective cymbals for ONE year from the date of purchase (a copy of original invoice needs to be enclosed with return of the cymbal).

A cymbal will not be replaced under following conditions: it has been previously replaced, treated abusively, dropped, the center hole is worn due to improper stand set-up, misplayed or played with excessive force, not maintained under Standard Cymbal Care conditions. Printed logos on cymbals and splash cymbals are not covered with this warranty.

If you believe your cymbal has a factory defect:

§  Enclose a copy of original invoice.

§  Locate the damage with a piece of tape on the cymbal.

§  Place the cymbal in a clean box.

§  Ship the package to:    Xilxo

Cost of shipping a damaged cymbal to Xilxo is the customer’s responsibility.

Cymbals not meeting the warranty guidelines will be returned to customer and shipment cost of a replacement or damaged cymbal back to the customer is covered by Xilxo Cymbals.

Standard Cymbal Care  

To prevent center hole deformation and cracking, use a sturdy sleeve around the cymbal rod and use top, bottom felts.
Over-tightening the wing nut can cause cracks around the center hole. Keeping the Hihat clutch medium-tight will make top cymbal move freely.
When cymbals are not in use or transportation, do not expose them to direct hit on their surface or edges, and keep them in soft padded cymbal bags or crates. Keep cymbals away from extreme heat and cold.
